antioxidant water? If you are, then, you are doing really good but wait. Are you still getting enough sleep? Because even if you are drinking lots and lots of health drinks but still deprived of sleep, you are not doing yourself any justice at all. But here is the catch; you do not really have to have 8-9 hours of sleep. Experts say that each person’s sleeping needs differ. Meaning you can be a short sleeper that sleeps only 5-6 hours but feel well-rested. There might be some that requires more than 10 hours of sleep just to feel rested.

The one thing that you always have to keep in mind is to make sure that you always have a good night’s sleep and that you are constantly sipping that refreshing health drink of yours.

Cigarette smoke and air pollution are some common sources of free radicals. Once we inhale these oxidized particles, the cells in our body will get infected and would most likely damage other neighboring cells and the process will go on and on. As a matter of fact, there are about 50 diseases caused by free radicals.

So, if you wish your body’s defenses to be always on guard, you’ll have to follow a healthier diet. You ought to avoid smoking and other unhealthy vices like drinking alcohol just to lessen the toxins that enters the body. Instead of drinking alcoholic beverages, you can go for antioxidant water – the health drink that’s best for the body.
